Energie Install respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process
When you use a quote request, sustainability check, contact form or the savings calculator, we process the data you enter yourself: name, e-mail address, telephone number, postcode/house number and your interest or explanation. During an address check, we retrieve publicly available address data to provide you with appropriate advice.
What we use them for
Solely to process your request, to draw up appropriate (sustainability) advice or a quote, and to contact you. We never sell your data to third parties.
Bank details and payment processing (PSD2)
To automatically recognise paid invoices, we link our own business bank account with your consent via a certified account information service (Enable Banking Oy, an AISP licensed under PSD2). We import transaction data from our own account—such as the amount, date, description, and counterparty account—exclusively to automatically recognise and reconcile outstanding invoices as paid.
This concerns only our own business account; we do not link the accounts of customers or website visitors. This transaction data is not used for any other purposes and is not shared with third parties outside of the aforementioned service. You can withdraw your consent for this link at any time. Processing takes place in accordance with PSD2 regulations and the GDPR.
Retention period
We do not store your data longer than necessary to process your request or as long as we are legally obliged to do so.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. To do so, please contact us via info@energieinstall.nl.
Cookies
The website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for proper functioning. We do not place tracking cookies without your consent.
Security
Your data is sent via a secure connection and carefully stored on Dutch infrastructure.
