2. Quotes
Quotes are non-binding and valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices include the specified work and materials, unless stated otherwise.
3. Execution & Planning
We carry out installations using certified professionals, in accordance with applicable standards (including NEN 1010/3140) and following a non-binding preliminary site survey. Stated lead times are indicative.
4. Subsidies
Where applicable, we handle the subsidy application (such as ISDE). Final approval and amounts are determined by the relevant authority; no rights can be derived from this.
5. Warranty
Our installations and the A-brand products used are covered by the manufacturer and installation warranties as stated in the quote.
6. Payment
Payment is made according to the terms stated on the quote or invoice, potentially in instalments.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
