Are there bad air conditioning brands?
Most complaints about air conditioning are not due to the brand, but due to incorrect capacity, a poorly placed outdoor unit, or a sloppy installation. However, there is a difference between a permanently mounted split air conditioner and a mobile air conditioner with a hose through the window: the latter is less energy-efficient and louder, and not comparable to the brands above.
